Air Jordan this year played there cards right with the way they have been selling there sneakers & especially knowing which ones to release. There recently new product that was on the market & sold out the same day where the Air Jordans 13's released  a few yrs back in various colors. Why i say the Air Jordan brand played there cards right this year is because they chose a specific day to re-release these sneakers  rather than there usual time to release sneakers which is usually on a Saturday morning. The day they chose was 11/26/10 BLACK FRIDAY, the day they know everyone is out shopping. These sneakers where highly anticipated and talked about because they are retro pair of sneakers/collectors item and Air Jordan successfully did what they always set out to do and that is create a brand everyone loves.

The title here speaks for itself "Customer Relationship Management" better known as (CMR). Customer Relationship Management is a well planned out way for the business to keep & have a certain relationship with the customers and try to re-interest previous customers. The way to do this is by providing many different sources/outlets where the customer/client can keep in touch and follow up on the product or business  and in doing so you bring in new and old clientele. Integrated Marketing Communication is another way of promoting/advertising. In this case they do not mean the same thing but they some what have the same concept such as using the media, internet marketing, direct marketing,sales promotion,trade promotions etc...which usually helps to make your brand known due to the different types of tactics of getting the brand name out. Those are just a few things that integrated marketing communication deals with. For instance Dwayne Wades new Air Jordan commercial promoting his new sneaker. The concept of this commercial is basically saying Dwayne wade has Dominated Another day.This to me in the perfect example of Integrated Marketing Communication because it uses the media which will eventually hit the internet and then the rest of the market in the many different ways of marketing.

Product Concept

So as we all know Product concept obviously is the product itself. So you ask yourself how will this product benefit others and how will we sell it.Well most religious customers and i mean religious as in loyal usually buy the product because of it appearance and it style/color. Others buy it for a more fashion look, you got your true MJ supporter & also of course you have you basketball players who will buy these sneakers. You will never go wrong with a pair of any air jordans because the way there are designed are very comfortable due to the fact that they have to be able to withstand alot of running and weight becasue they where orginally basketball sneakers before they became more of a fashion trend. Sales promotion is a very distinctive way of getting a customer to purchase the product or service as fast as possible without thinking about it twice.
