Air jordan is known for the way he advertises & his very unique logo which is him dunking. Air Jordan made a name for itself and one that will live on for generations to come. Air jordan also has a strong connection with the relationship with the public due to the sneakers he releases and knowing the style and the look people usually would go for and sell the most.  An example of this was the Air Jordan packages which bring two pair of jordans in one box which cost about $280. But what jordan decided to do was take two pair of existing retro jordans that would everyone would go crazy over and the twist was it would be two pairs that added up to the number 23 such as the Air jordans 11's and the Air jordan 12"s. Once the public got wind of this idea he came up with they fell in love with it, and since 2008 jordan has been putting these packages together. You can walk into basically almost any sneaker store and buy a pair of Air Jordans. His logo is known all over the world you can see it on phone booths,billboards, city streets as graffiti just to name a few.

The Air Jordan brand wasn't always know all around the world as it is at this very moment. This took a lot of hard work and a very good strong marketing crew getting his name out there which is what we call in business Global Marketing. There are alot of thing that play a role in getting your brand out into different parts of the world such as domestic marketing,international marketing, & multinational marketing.You also have Air jordan was a brand that gained momentum because of the face behind the sneaker which later on became the marketing plan along with the logo of Michael Jordan's famous dunk pose which became his advertisement where ever you saw this logo you know Michael Jordan was involved. Michael's sneaker is known and sold around the world because he not only was he the best to play the game but the way he marketed his brand and pushed it to be the best. He didn't just stop at one pair he kept on producing a product that stayed relevant to all demographic groups he has a brand that sky rocketed from the day the very first pair came out. Branching out into different ventures and places in the world once your business has blown up and has made a name for itself and is well know in the market you are in. Now getting it out to different places is the same process as trying to get it out in your hometown/state or w.e the case maybe. You need to check out your competition, who your target market is can they afford and will the buy the product etc..
